Operations Site Manager

Overview

We’re looking for an Operations Site Manager to take ownership of our Sheridan, WY office. You’ll guide a growing team of independent contributors in supporting our clients. Our clients are business owners who need our expertise, support and services to start and maintain their businesses and create a business presence in Wyoming and beyond. This is a hands-on leadership role: you’ll learn the work, coach the team, and make sure the office runs at a high standard every day.

This role is about impact: leading people with accountability and care, keeping operations efficient, standards consistent, and growing into a leader who can represent our business in Wyoming. You don’t need decades of management experience, just the ability to lead with initiative, learn quickly, and get results through people. Wage

$65,000 / year

Responsibilities

Your job is to make sure the Sheridan office runs smoothly and the team delivers great outcomes. Here’s how:

  • Lead a team of approx 15–20 people (a mix of independent contributors and a frontline manager)
  • Drive staffing, training, and accountability decisions with autonomy, while exercising sound judgment on when to consult with leadership for alignment and support
  • Oversee daily operations including state and local business filings, mail and document processing, customer service, ensuring all client needs are met
  • Learn every role in the office and understand the why behind each process, becoming the go-to expert and trainer
  • Coach and develop both employees and leaders, building confidence and accountability
  • Handle escalated client and filing issues with professionalism and care
  • Audit and improve processes to keep operations efficient and effective
  • Partner with peers, leaders, and product groups to roll out new company processes, tools, and initiatives
  • Build relationships and represent the organization with Wyoming SOS and local entities like USPS and Process Servers to improve relationships and better support our business and industry
  • Create a team environment where people feel valued, supported, and proud of their work
  • Work on-site daily to provide hands-on leadership
